For Monday, November 9th

At the end of class, I mentioned that I wanted you to compose one works cited entry with an annotation. I've set up a dropbox on D2L for you to turn in this assignment. Here are the guidelines:

-Compose this in a Word document
-Heading (Name, Class, Date) should be in the upper left hand corner
-Title this assignment, Annotated Bibliography, and center justify it
-12 point, Times New Roman font
-Double Spaced, with 0 pt between paragraphs
-One works cited entry in proper MLA format (please refer to Rules for Writers)

Annotation
-3-5 sentences that summarize IN YOUR OWN WORDS what information is included in the article, book, website, etc.
-3-5 sentences that evaluate the material. Here you will be determining whether or not you'll use this source for your paper.

NOTE: The source you use for this exercise does not necessarily have to be included as a source for your final paper. This assignment will help you get a feel for composing an annotated works cited and help choose/eliminate sources during your research process.
